Abstract
Nowadays to handle the theme knowledge is one of the important challenges for the companies. Globalisation and the dynamic-markets cause enterprises to react very quickly on market changes. They have to minimice the process-costs and to use the available knowledge as good as possible. The subject matter of this work is to answer the created research questions, for the goal to integrate both systems. In the first part, the both main conceptions, knowledge and process will be explained and figured out the important parameters. With this information research questions are created, to identify and to estimate knowledge in the frame of business process. Another part is to show, which possibilities are given with improvement-methods, to integrate knowledge, effective in the whole business processes. To show the synergy of knowledge- and process management the formulated research-questions are a good support, to get a better atmosphere in the company.
