Abstract
After the Agile revolution in the world of software projects, classical methods and frameworks gradually lost popularity. In 2001, the Agile Manifesto was created to provide a framework and set of principles for agilest. Now, after more than 20 years, the increasing complexity of the business environment requires greater flexibility to adapt to new conditions. To achieve this goal, agile teams should be willing to innovate by creating new approaches or by integrating and adapting methods from other frameworks to fit their unique situations. The Disciplined Agile (DA) philosophy, through its promises, commitments, offers people-first methods that focus on improving communication and team interactions. In this thesis by using the tailoring process methods, the Scrum framework of the BI team (Business Intelligence Team in AVL) is adopted to the specific challenges that they faced in their way.
