    Abstract

    This master thesis deals with the optimization of formwork for building concrete linings of tunnels. As the wall of the tunnel is a negative of the formwork surface the aim of this thesis is to reduce adhesion of concrete and abrasion. The contents of concrete, the hardening process and the concrete pouring process are discussed. The main questions answered in this thesis are what causes the adhesion of concrete on the surface of the used steel and how can it be influenced. The investigations lead to suggestions for improvement which will be applied in future projects.
