Abstract
The paper industry faces challenges such as increasing competition, rising raw material costs, and stricter environmental regulations. In this context, digitalization becomes crucial to making production processes more efficient and sustainable. Analytic Tools play a central role by analyzing production data in real time, enabling more precise decision-making. This study examines the impact of digitalization on paper production, focusing on Analytic Tools. The goal is to analyze their contribution to efficiency and cost reduction and identify the challenges of their implementation. At the beginning of the study, the critical assets for deploying the analysis tools were identified. In collaboration with system experts, key measurement parameters were chosen as the foundation for model development. Subsequently, the developed models were continuously monitored, and any detected anomalies were systematically evaluated. The results provide valuable insights and practical recommendations for a successful digital transformation of the paper industry.
