Abstract
Within the scope of this master's thesis, comparative dust measurements at a transfer point between two belt conveyors are carried out under laboratory conditions. The aim of this study is to document the effectiveness of various dust suppression methods. These methods are compared with each other and with measurements without any dust suppression measures. At the chair's laboratory, a single transfer point of the conveyor circuit is (4 belt conveyors with a belt width of 400mm and a length of 5m each) housed and equipped with gravimetric dust precipitation measuring points. The bulk material which is used is limestone with a grain size of up to 10mm.
