Tragverhalten von Tübbingen im maschinellen Tunnelbau – Experimentelle und numerische Analyse
Research output: Thesis › Doctoral Thesis
Due to the use of tunnel boring machines under complex geological and geotechnical conditions the knowledge of the utilization factor of the used support method is essential. For this construction method the usage of segmental lining as a support and stabilization element has been state of the art for decades. For the verification of the load bearing and deformation behaviour including the crack development of these segments loading tests in a 1:1 scale are necessary. Based on the test data the currently used models for the dimensioning of steel reinforced concrete are checked for the application on tubbing support. For the inverse calculation to the loads in the tunnel the development and validation of a numerical model is needed. The input parameters are determined with standard laboratory tests and the simulation strategy is proven on the basis of a laboratory test. For the optimization processes of the production method (steel-)fibre reinforced concrete is used on international projects for the production of tubbing support. For the verification of the load bearing and deformation behaviour of these segments also 1:1 tests and laboratory tests are necessary. On the basis of the test data dimensioning models for fibre reinforced concrete are tested, inadequacies and their reasons are shown and considerations for the improvement are discussed. As a result of the tests an additional method for the determination of internal stresses in steel bar reinforced concrete elements is presented.
